dated January 13, 2012 the appeal panel ordered that the appeal was
allowed in part and by Order dated August 13, 2012 it ordered that
the motion to amend the findings of the appeal panel was dismissed.
The hearing continued, by way of written submissions on costs.
By Order dated November 16, 2012, the appeal panel ordered as
1. The Appellant shall pay costs to the Society in the amount of
$2,500. These costs are payable within three years of the date
of this order. They are payable without interest unless the
Appellant defaults in payment as directed, in which event
the balance of costs shall be paid with interest calculated
in accordance with post-judgment interest under the Courts
of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C. 43 from the date of default.

By Decision and Order dated November 19, 2012, the hearing panel
determined that the Applicant is not of good character and ordered
