Real Estate Counsel Role
Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP is seeking a motivated individual to join its successful and
growing Real Estate Group. We are looking for someone who can service corporate clients in
respect of their real estate related transactional work as well as assist in training the Group’s
junior associates. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 8 years’ experience attending
to all real estate aspects of a corporate transaction and has experience in financing acting for
both lenders and borrowers.
- servicing corporate clients in respect of their real estate related transactional work
- extensive experience in drafting and negotiating the real estate aspects of share purchase
agreements and asset purchase agreements, attending to the due diligence required in
respect thereof and reporting on same
- experience in financing, acting for both lender and borrower clients
- assisting the group in training and mentoring junior associates
