March 11, 2013 which was falsely signed by an unknown
person in the name of SW, and,
was falsely signed by an unknown person in the name of SW.
The decision on penalty was reserved in part and the panel orders:
1. On consent the Respondent is suspended, commencing
immediately, for a period to be determined in the final order.
2. The Respondent shall comply with the Law Society’s Guidelines
for Paralegals Who Are Suspended or Who Have Given an
Undertaking Not to Provide Legal Services.
3. This panel remains seized pending a decision as to the length of
the penalty and any remaining terms.
4. Costs are reserved.

The Law Society alleged that Zohreh Golestani, 2010, of Richmond
Hill, committed professional misconduct.
The panel determined that the following allegations were established:
investigation by failing to provide complete responses to requests
from the Law Society.
compliance with section 2.3 of By-Law 9 and has failed to provide
information about her compliance with Part II of By-Law 7.1.
