The Vancouver Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking an experienced
and highly motivated mid-level lawyer to join our national Real Property and

The candidate will have:
– A minimum of 3 to 5 years of post-call commercial real estate practice
experience focused on acquisitions and dispositions, development,
financings and leasing matters;
– Excellent academic and professional credentials;
– Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and
– A demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.
The successful applicant will work closely with leading commercial real estate
lawyers and be part of a top-tier team providing sophisticated legal advice
to a diverse client base comprised of public and private companies, private
equity firms, governments, financial institutions, universities, pension fund
advisors and sovereign wealth funds.
