REAL ESTATE LAWYERS (Contract)
The Legal Services Division of the City of Toronto is seeking real estate
lawyers for contract positions with terms extending up to two years.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years practice experience in
commercial real estate. Your resume will reveal an increasingly complex
and sophisticated practice portfolio, including experience with respect to
You will work together with our existing team to provide a range of real estate
law services to City Council and the City’s Divisions and Agencies. You
must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada.
You are motivated by challenging work, possess excellent interpersonal,
communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate the ability to provide
sound legal advice, information and direction. Computer literacy is required.
