ACPA is recruiting a full-time permanent position
This individual will join a collaborative Labour Relations Department providing
legal advice and support to the governing body, CEO, staff and members of ACPA.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, challenging and rewarding
environment working with officials, staff, and committee members in contract
administration, litigation, and other capacities supporting ACPA’s goals.
An LL.B/J.D. and/or a university degree in Labour/ Industrial Relations or other
related field is required.
We are looking for an applicant with:
Superior organizational, communications, research and advocacy skills are
essential. Candidates with the ability to work in French, and/or expertise in
insurance and benefits would be an asset. ACPA is committed to the principles of

The successful candidate will be based at ACPA’s headquarters in Mississauga,
directly across from Pearson Airport, Terminal 1. Salary will be commensurate
with experience and qualifications and includes a comprehensive benefit package.
