National Access Awareness Week Program
Join the ARCH Disability Law Centre and the Law Society of Ontario for
a discussion about privacy rights and disability. Speakers will provide
practice tips for lawyers on how to respect the privacy rights of clients
and colleagues with disabilities. They will also discuss developments in
the case law relating to the privacy rights of people with disabilities,
explore the privacy considerations that arise for people with disabilities
in particular contexts, and discuss how the proposed federal accessibility
legislation may address the issue of privacy.
