Strategic Sales Representative Mid Law – Legal Market
Dunpar Homes is an established (over 30 years) builder/developer in the luxury real estate
market and is involved in every aspect of real estate building and management.
As In-House Counsel and Municipal Lawyer, you will manage and lead all legal activities
required for multiple homebuilding development projects in low-rise, high-rise, and
commercial projects. Responsibilities include overseeing all legal activities and agreements;
Ability to adapt to any and all legal matters that may arise in municipal approval applications,
condominium law, draft and review municipal agreements (Site Plan Agreements/Section
37/Settlement Agreements), experience with the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT)
process, excellent drafting skills and ability to learn quickly is a priority.
The company is involved within every aspect of real estate and we hope this role will grow
and be able to significantly contribute or manage in most legal areas including litigation,
corporate matters, property management, contracts, land acquisitions, subcontractor
contract templates, condominium documents, condominium agreements of purchase and
sale, leases, and much more.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Municipal Law. Experience in municipal and/or
condominium matters is a must. Able to think creatively and strategically to successfully
mediate and negotiate internally and externally. Able to overcome obstacles to cooperation
and to foster harmonious relations.
