Manager, Investigation Services
The Manager, Investigation Services assists in the management of the day-to-day operations of the investigation teams. The Manager has direct oversight
of the investigation Law Clerks and the Regulatory Compliance department,
and provides substantive expertise on issues relating to Investigation Services.
The Manager advises and supports the Director, Investigation Services, on
regulatory developments, policies, and projects, and assists in managing
information, communication, stakeholders, identification of issues and the
development of operational change, policy positions and initiatives to address
You are in good standing as the holder of an L. 1 licence issued by the Law
Society of Ontario, or have a university degree plus professional accounting
designation, or other such commensurate combination of formal professional
credential, training and qualification as to lead a team of varied legal and
professional staff in the conduct of investigations of serious and complex
Licensee breaches of conduct, competence, and capacity in a complex
regulatory environment. You have a minimum of 10 years’ professional legal
experience working within a regulatory body, or alternatively, in a legal,
investigation, or regulatory environment or a combination thereof, and 5
years in a managerial/leadership capacity.
