The Law Society alleged that Stephen Hershel Shub, 1974, of
Richmond Hill, committed professional misconduct.
The panel determined that the following allegation was established:
•;Contrary;to;s.;49. 3( 2);of;the;Law Society Act, the respondent
failed to co-operate with a Law Society investigation by failing to
attend, and make his law clerk available for, an interview despite
the investigator’s requests between September 2018 and December
2018.
The panel orders:
1. The motion for an invitation to attend is dismissed.
2. The respondent shall be reprimanded.
3. The respondent shall pay costs of $2,000 to the Law Society within
one year of the date of this order. Starting the day following the
deadline for payment of costs, interest shall accrue on any unpaid
part of those costs at a rate of 3% per year.

committed professional misconduct.
The panel determined that the following allegations were established:
•;The;respondent;failed;to;respond;promptly;and;completely;to;the
Law Society’s requests in three investigations.
The panel orders:
1. The respondent’s licence is suspended immediately, and continuing
indefinitely until, to the satisfaction of the Law Society’s executive
Director, Professional Regulation or her designate, he has
provided a complete response to the Law Society as requested in
correspondence described in notice of application 18H-025.
2. The respondent’s licence is suspended for a period of one month, to
