The panel orders:
1. The respondent’s licence to provide legal services is revoked,
2. The respondent shall pay costs of $5,000 to the Law Society.
3. The respondent shall reimburse the Law Society Compensation
the respondent’s misconduct.
4. The respondent shall have three years from the date of this order to
pay all the costs and make all the reimbursements ordered above.
Commencing the day following the deadline for payment, interest
shall accrue on any unpaid portion of these amounts, at the rate of
3% per year.
