The Law Society alleged that Gurinderpaul Singh Grewal, 2010, of
Brampton, committed professional misconduct.
The panel determined that the following allegations were established:
cooperate with four Law Society investigations by failing to produce
information and documentation requested from the enforcement
The panel orders:
1. The respondent is suspended for one (1) month, commencing on
June 1, 2018 and continuing indefinitely until, to the satisfaction of
the Law Society’s executive Director of Professional Regulation, or her
designate, he has provided a complete response to the requests set
out in the enforcement Department’s written communications dated
2. While suspended pursuant to this Order, the respondent shall comply
fully with the terms of the Law Society’s Guidelines for Paralegals
Who Are Suspended or Who Have Given an Undertaking Not to
Provide Legal Services.
3. The respondent shall pay costs to the Law Society in the amount of
the day following the deadline for payment, interest shall accrue on
any unpaid portion of costs at a rate of 3% per year.
